FIND (Find..Information..Need..Donations)

F__ind
I__deas

D__onations

This is a concept to give out all my ideas, thoughts,
inventions, to anyone. Someone using my ideas
may give a donation, or not. I leave it to your discretion,
and your honor.

I feel that the barter system as we now know it,
is long outdated. It serves the greedy.

If I have an idea on something that will
benefit someone else, and if I can not make it happen,
in real life, then by all means someone
who can make it happen should have access to it.

It pains me to think of all the time wasted to get
an idea or product to materialize. The ones who get the ideas first
don't always have the means to make them real. These ideas
can be passed down from generation to generation
before they actually become reality!!!

I believe that all ideas are manifested on another plane. Some of us
are open minded enough to receive these ideas very easily. Others may
only get one good idea in a lifetime, and are able to profit from it.

Let me clarify something. I say these are my ideas. By this I mean
that they have come into my present thoughts. But thoughts should belong
to one and all. They are not material until they are turned into actions!

By clearing my head, and my notebooks, of my present ideas, I can
acquire more, to share with others. Some ideas may be just improvements on
existing products. Someone who has the knowledge and means to contact a
manufacturer can help them improve their product, or maybe get a patent
to make an improved item themselves.

So with all that having been said, herewith is the table of contents.

Table Of Contents
(1). Education
(2). Ramblings (Political)
(3). Ramblings (Non-Political)
(4). Product Updates
(5).

1..Education.

I feel that the education system we now use(still), is way over due for
an overhaul. It is based souly on the premise that we are(still) all created equal.
Pooh!!! If we were all created equal, then why are there wars
between equal beings?

OOPS, veered off track there...

Even twins, identical or not, don't learn at the same pace. They were not
created equal. They do develop different attitudes and personalities.

Only in God's eyes are we equal. Only in death are we all equal.
You may or may not agree with that last statement. No two of us are exactly
the same. Nor do we lead exactly the same lives. We don't want to!!

So.... back on track.

Why do we still expect our children to learn
at the same pace, set back when our ancestors
first built our education system?

I remember in the early 1960's ( I was in the fourth grade then) ,
I took a speed reading course during summer school.
California was a little ahead of the pack.
Since then I can read circles around most of my own family, and friends.
I am not bragging, just factualizing.

Understanding what you read ,
while you read it, is where the problem lies.

That is why this article is split after only a few lines.
It gives your brain time to record it(store it) for later use.
It gives your brain time to rationalize the info your eyes take in...

ie: reaction/comprehension time...

Time needed to decide if this guy is nuts... :>) (rationalizing)
and leave now... :>(
or stay and read what else he has to share.

I am glad you stayed...

The first piece of new information you read or see is imprinted on your mind,
and is considered fact, even if it is not. The more information you have on any
subject, the better decisions you will make later on in life.

For instance, take a child who has grown up in a war torn country. Unless
he/she gets enough information to differ from what they see around them, they
will grow up thinking that war is normal, and acceptable. It was the first
thing they saw.
Imprints..remember this...

It takes a lot of other information and experiences for a child to rationalize
what is real and,
what is allowed....

Equal education?

An old cliche , don't believe everything you read , comes to mind.

People do not comprehend what they are reading,
or what they are seeing, at the same rates. Sorta like
different models of computers have different speeds
to read data, and to transfer it to memory.

Why do you think some people like to drive slower than others?
Differences in their comprehension rates.

Sorta like the reaction time when telling a joke. You tell it
in a certain amount of time, and in a certain amount of time
(at different rates) people will get the punch line, and laugh,
or not....their reaction times vary with their comprehension rate
( or knowledge of the subject being joked upon).

Soooo...why do we hold back our children to the point
where they are bored with school?

Soooo...why do we insist they learn (comprehend) at the same rates?

Soooo...why do you think they get rowdy, and get into mischief?

They are bored with their life, but bored mostly with our/their
education system. They can not , really we don't let them,
learn at their own paces. Be that pace fast or medium, or slow.
They then feel imposed upon, and retaliate.

An open mind is better than an open mouth!

Paying attention is kin to comprehension!

Way off track again...sorry..lol..

Soooo..with that first impression of we all are equal,
planted in their precious little minds. Our children
soon learn through others, belittling the slower learning minds,
that slower is not good.
And that the IN crowd is somehow better,
because they are faster learners....faster is better, right? (majority rules)
hmmm....

What makes us equal is the fact that we are all equal in our differences!

In other words the fact that I am different from you and the fact that you are
different from me, makes us equal.

More to come, later...promise :>)

My Best Love Poems

My Best Love Poems
Hi my name is Brad Nicholson.

I am 52 yrs old. I am currently studying html.
It is sorta like programming in q-basic from years back.

I have been working on cars for 25 years,
and have been writing love poems for about ten years.

There is a passion involved in both!!

And because of these passions
I met the woman I am in love with, Anita!

Some of these poems are sad,
some are happy, still, others will make you think...
One of my poems won an honorable mention
from Poetry.com about five years ago.

There are 27 of them total, for now...
Here is one to check out,
one of my most favorite.

It's called:

Wide Open

With my heart wide open
waiting for the kill,
this eternity I've waited
patient and still.

Some arrows come close
others miss by a mile,
but one hit dead center
when I first saw you smile.

I'm awe-struck
my heart is still pounding
the arrow did not kill
it made Life more resounding.

But my heart
a beat it did miss,
when you pulled free the arrow
to heal it with a kiss.

Patience is still a virtue...
and if there is one thing worth waiting for,
it's the love of a good woman!!
Anita and I got married 3 years ago.
We currently live with her mother
as live-in aids for her, in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Yes, we rode out Katrina... :>)

We were fortunate, unlike so many on the gulf coast.
We live about 10 miles north of the beach.
We got the winds and the rain, and the tornados though!
nuff of that.

Anyway here is the link(coming soon) to get
the rest of your poems, delivered.
I trust you will enjoy them, as we have, and still do.

p.s. I am only asking for one dollar as a donation sorta.
I don't like to put a value on love.
Just something for my time
to put them up online,
for all to share.
Where else do you get such value for a buck?

p.p.s. If you are at all curious how
these two passions came together
and how Anita and I met, drop me a line. ( i_do_value@yahoo.com )...
